How extensive is your database and do you keep it up-to-date?
Our list currently has over 90,000 active commercial brokers and it is updated daily.
Do you develop templates?
We offer 5 default header templates for you to choose from. You can also design and upload your own header template and then use it for the blast.
Can we attach a brochure or property package to the email blast?
There are no attachments to the email blasts but you can include a link to a package or brochure for download from your site or a 3rd party site
Can you provide me more details about the process to send out an e-blast with you?
Click on 'Send Blast' and it will walk you through the process.
How long after I confirm the order do you send out the blast?
Once you have placed your order it will go into queue for approval by our compliance department. After approval, it will be emailed the next business day or a later date which you may have chosen. This process could take up to 12 hours. An order placed on Monday should go out on Tuesday.
Do I get to see it first before you send it out?

Are they just national brokers or do you have investors, etc as well?
Our list currently includes both national and local commercial real estate brokers. We are now in the process of developing our investor list that will be added to our database.

How many times will a property e-blast be sent out ?
We charge $59 for a local blast and $159 for a national blast to be sent out only once.
What if I had a commercial real estate 'Service' I wanted to market? Can I do that?
Yes as long as it is a 'commercial' real estate service ( we reserve the right to reject any flyer we deem inappropriate)
Do you already have the brokers' emails that a blast would go to or do we provide that?
No need to provide your database. If you would like us to make sure that all of your clients receive your propertyblast, we would be happy to cross reference your list with ours. If so, please contact us for directions.
If we are sending a property blast for a building in Tuscon, AZ how do we know how many brokers will receive that who work in and around Tuscon?
We only group the subscribers by state so your email will reach all commercial brokers in the desired state.We also maintain a list of subscribers who wish to receive blasts for properties anywhere in the US. While signing up as a subscriber , you can select this option
How can I see a blast that I received earlier?
We provide an archiving service where you can view blasts that have been sent out to you in the last 30 days. After that it is deleted from our databases.
Can I pick which time of day my blast will be sent?
No. Propertyblasts are sent out on a first come first served basis. We are unable to control what time of day your blast will be sent.
Do you have a "save" feature? Can we save our work and come back later?
At this time we do not have a save feature built in to the templates. You must begin from start to finish. We do have plans to add a save feature in the future. We do suggest at this time to type your property descriptions in a word doc which you can save and then copy and paste your description into the template. This way you can quickly move through the template. Templates do time out after 2 hours of idle time which will result in loss of work.
I browsed back to my template after moving on to the following pages and my template is now blank again. Why did this happen?
Once you begin the process, you are only able to move forward. If you browse back to the template after completing the template, your work will be lost.
When I enter my credit card, I get a message that reads "Rejected by gateway". What does that mean?
You left the template open and idle for more than 2 hours or you browsed back after completing the template. You will need to begin again. We expect a save funtion in the future.
Can I work on 2 templates at the same time? Can I have 2 people sign into my account and work on 2 different templates at the same time?
No, you can only work on one template at a time per account.
